I recently moved to Big Island and purchased a 2009 Nissan Frontier with RWD. It ran smoothly for afew months but I stared noticing issues with the brakes. Good people in there. Have used several times in a few months. Kind and trustworthy people to work on your car. I don't feel overcharged like other shops. Mom and Pop shop, smart and detailed mechanics. They even have a loner for those without a ride home. Planning on using them again soon.
Local Friendly Service. I'm a single mom so I had a set of tires I bought off Craigslist that needed to be mounted on my car. Auto tech did a awesome job with no hassles. Even when I came in mid day they really took their time to help me out.
I wish I could give 10 stars. Greg, the new owner, really goes over the top to ensure competent, honest service with FAIR PRICES. I have never had a better auto repair experience. As a woman with very little mechanical knowledge, I did not feel taken advantage of, as I have with other repair shops where a lack of mechanical knowledge can cause one to be easily fooled. Greg took the time to explain things to me, fixed my problem perfectly in a timely manner, and clearly worked hard to keep the prices as low as possible. I give them my highest recommendation.
The mechanics are friendly and completely honest about the work they do. They work in a timely manor and assure that the customer comes first. AutoTech is a solid repair shop all around.. I’ll continue to use them for any car needs.
