I first came here for kava while washing clothes next door. Strong kava mix, great atmosphere, and lots of aloha. This is a multi-generational, family operated, small business where you can stop for a few shells of kava, a komboucha, and some Big Island grown flowers for your loved ones. April also does flowers for weddings, and events. Very special place.
I'd say Kava's effects are mild but notice for a small bowl, and are mildly aesthetic and mood elevating with clear anti-anxiety properties.
