9/14/17 I just tried to book an appointment for this business and was quite surprised by the response of the lady who answered the phone. I asked If I could book a 3:00pm appointment for two. Her first response was “You’re really going to make me go out there at 3 o’clock?” She then started to try to convince me not to come out there because it’s south and Ironman was going on and asked if I’d ever driven south during Ironman. I said “We can take the old mamalahoa hwy to get there. She replied, “I just don’t think it’s a good idea.” I said “We are trying to give you business but if you don’t want it that’s fine.” I work in the tourist boating industry and I will never recommend this business.
